Xingcheng Steel's hot metal tracking and dispatch system went online in May 2024, covering blast-furnace receiving positions, stations, truck scales and steelmaking gates. Each ladle carries 2 tags and each car frame 4 tags for full tracking of truck-transported hot metal.

Since launch, EMMA recognition has achieved 99.7% tracking accuracy, providing reliable data for dispatch and temperature-drop control.
