Mianrui Releases Next-Gen High-Temperature Tag SHT1822-350 Pro
After 18 months of R&D and field validation, Mianrui officially released the next-generation high-temperature tag SHT1822-350 Pro. Building on the passive EMMA identification architecture, the product upgrades the piezoelectric chip packaging, high-temperature housing and mounting design, delivering maintenance-free long-term operation at 450℃ for converters, refining and continuous casting stations. Fully compatible with existing EMMA-ID readers, the new tag supports both 350℃ routine stations and short-term 450℃ scenarios. Recognition accuracy remained above 99.9% across multiple blind tests at steel plants, with improved resistance to metal interference, dust and molten steel splash. The SHT1822-350 Pro has completed its first batch of pilots at several steel plants, covering ladles, hot metal ladles and copper slag buckets. Mianrui will continue to strengthen its device simulation and manufacturing capabilities to provide more reliable high-temperature identification infrastructure for the metallurgical industry.
