EMMA-ID System Stable for 7 Years at Baosteel "One-Click Steelmaking"

Baosteel Shanghai No.1 steelmaking piloted in October 2018 and mass-installed ladle ID in April 2019. 39 ladles each carry 2 EMMA tags covering baking positions and tilting platforms, supporting the "one-click steelmaking" project with automatic ladle recognition and tracking.

After one year on ladle surfaces, the tags remained in good condition, proving splash resistance. The system has now run stably for 7 years - a benchmark for high-temperature ladle ID in the steel industry.
