Since mass installation in 2019, the EMMA tag system on 39 ladles at Baosteel Shanghai No.1 steelmaking has run stably, proving high-temperature ID reliability in "one-click steelmaking".
For truck-transported hot metal, EMMA tag recognition covers all plant ladles with 99.7% tracking accuracy.
