Copper Slag Bucket System Deployed at Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter

Following Yunnan Copper, Mianrui's copper slag bucket system has been deployed at Jiangxi Copper Guixi Smelter. It covers the full cycle - receiving, transport, seating, dispatch, dumping, air cooling, water cooling - built on high-temperature EMMA tags for the slag cooling yard.

With bucket surfaces locally above 400℃, the solution's 99%+ recognition eliminates "explosion" accidents at the source, while precise cooling control raises mineral recovery - driving digital transformation of copper smelting.
