Mianrui Showcases Copper Slag Bucket Control at the 2026 CISA Expo

During the 2026 China International Steel Industry Expo (CISA EXPO 2026), Mianrui highlighted its complete EMMA-ID product line for metallurgical high-temperature scenarios — SHT series micro-acoustic tags, radar readers and high-temperature antennas — together with ladle and hot metal ladle identification management systems. Another focus was the full-life digital control solution for copper slag cooling yards. By combining copper slag bucket identification, real-time positioning and temperature trend monitoring, the solution delivers traceable end-to-end management from dumping and cooling to crushing, eliminating ladle "explosion" risks and drawing lively interest from non-ferrous smelters. During the expo, Mianrui reached initial cooperation intentions with steel and non-ferrous enterprises and design institutes. Building on over 20 years of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) research, the company will continue to advance high-temperature container identification and metallurgical intelligence for the digital transformation of the global metals industry.
