Overview

For railway hot metal, we developed HT antennas whose radomes endure molten splash and 250℃ long-term; railway ladle ID runs maintenance-free for the campaign life with zero cross-reading.

Challenges

Rail transport brings dust, weather and vibration; antennas face direct heat radiation so ordinary radomes fail fast; and conventional RFID cross-reads as wagons pass in sequence, scrambling ladle IDs.

Solution

Fix it at both levels: custom HT antennas keep hardware alive, narrow-beam railway readers with principle-level anti-collisions keep reads correct, and passive design keeps cost of ownership near zero.
